  2. Each bike is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  3. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you by email with updated timelines.

Shipping Timeframes


After processing, your order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 12 to 25 business days, depending on your country and region.

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

  • Local courier schedules

Shipping Carriers

  • We use trusted global shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local logistics providers depending on your country.
